Terms of Service

Effective date: April 2, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using StellarTies ("the Service"), operated by Invents.US, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use StellarTies. By creating an account or submitting birth data, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We verify age at the point of data entry and reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to individuals under 18.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may only submit birth data for individuals who have given you permission to do so.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit birth data for individuals without their knowledge or consent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
  • Misrepresent StellarTies output as medical, legal, or psychological advice
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without our written permission

5. Astrology Disclaimer

StellarTies provides relationship intelligence based on astronomical calculations and language-model-synthesized interpretations. This is not medical advice, psychological counseling, legal guidance, or a substitute for professional relationship therapy. Astrological interpretations are offered for entertainment and personal reflection. Our calculations are astronomically precise; the interpretive layer is subjective.

Do not make major life decisions based solely on StellarTies output.

6. Subscription & Billing

StellarTies offers a free tier and a paid Core subscription. The Core plan is available monthly or annually and auto-renews until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. — StellarTies does not store your payment card details.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected plan rate until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from your Account page or the Stripe Customer Portal; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.

7. Refund Policy

Full refunds are available within 14 days of your initial subscription or renewal if no personalized AI-generated content (dimension interpretations, bottom-line summaries, or monthly forecasts) has been requested during that period. Partial refunds may be issued at StellarTies’ discretion for service outages or billing errors.

To request a refund, contact support@stellarties.com. If your account is terminated for Terms violations, you are not entitled to a refund for the current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, interpretation libraries, scoring algorithms, and language model prompts are the intellectual property of StellarTies. You may share your own reports and milestone images, but may not reproduce the underlying system or interpretation library.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STELLARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all your data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
